Current Opportunities
We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:
Event Staff
Endlessly elevate events everywhere for every occasion. At National Event Pros, we continually create, collaborate, and coordinate, so that others may effortlessly celebrate.
Day in the Life
You might be someone who has never had a job, or is coming out of retirement to do something enjoyable to pass the time. You might be someone between these two phases of life.
As an Events Staff member, you thoroughly appreciate that every day is unique, frequently travelling to new event locations and interacting with thousands of different people. While your friends are always referring to you as “the bubbly one”, you can’t differentiate your amazing attitude from that of your fellow Event Associates. Everyone is just so dang happy!
When you arrive at your event destination, you enjoy your first “work” of the day, setting up a variety of unique entertainment pieces. Once staging is completed, you begin the most enjoyable part of your day, monitoring an attraction or interactive area, engaging with celebrating people, and keeping an eye out for potential safety hazards. When the event concludes, you and your bubbly team pack up all your equipment, and perform an eco-check of the area, looking for any garbage or remaining equipment. The event site looks better than when you got there.
Things You are Good at
- Working for long periods of time with a diverse and skilled team
- Interacting with a wide range of event guests, making them feel welcomed and safe
- Working hard and having fun harder
Perks
- Attend amazing events
- Work outdoors often
- Flexible work schedule, 3 or 4 day 40 hour weeks are common
- Free/discounted event rentals for personal use
Non-Negotiables
- You are at least a spry 18 years of age
- You are able-bodied and can push, pull, and wave above your head 50+ lbs
- You abstain from recreational drug use
Events Delivery Manager
Endlessly elevate events everywhere for every occasion. At National Event Pros, we continually create, collaborate, and coordinate, so that others may effortlessly celebrate.
Day in the Life
As the Events Delivery Manager, you not only know how to have a good time, you are always the first one to the party and the last one to leave. You are quite literally the life of the party, responsible for the care and operation of hundreds of interactive event rentals. Your hyper-attention to detail leaves your mother wondering what else she could possibly nag you about.
You know how to joyfully and effectively lead a diverse team through the process of safely staging, operating, and striking your day’s inventory of fun-inducing product. That careful eye for detail mentioned earlier is only narrowly outdone by your obsession with customer success and happiness. The presence of cheerful children nearby melts your heart into a puddle that closely resembles a cherry snow-cone sunbathed a moment too long.

- Safely operating motor vehicles up to 24’ in length and/or towing trailers up to 32’ in length
- Making lists and checking them twice, or three times, or four… basically lists are your best friend
- The phrase “attention to detail” bothers you because, like, what else could people possibly be paying attention to?
- Holding the safety of yourself, your coworkers and event attendees is paramount to your personal sense of success. You would take a bullet for these people.
- Listening to others describe what’s troubling them and coming up with creative solutions to their problems
Perks

- You are of legal drinking age
- You maintain a clean driving record
