Event Rentals: 25′ Inflatable Arch

Adding an inflatable archway to your event can be a great way to tell guests “Enter here!” Adorned in bright primary colors, this larger than life piece of decor is difficult to miss.

Inflatable arches can create a great ending to a triathlon, 5k, or really any race. The photo-ops with race finishers will look that much more impressive when you advertise your race for the following year.

With arches of this type, the unit itself is not very heavy, so it’s critical that our team is able to fully secure it, both for the correct operation of the unit itself, and also to ensure guest safety. If physical objects, such as trees or cemented poles are present, these are the first preference for securing the arch. Secondary anchor points are large highway pin style stakes, secured deep into the grass, with the inflatable tethered to them. Finally, if neither of the first options is available, the arches can be secured with a number of large sandbags.

The rental arch takes approximately 30 minutes to fully set up and properly secure. The setup and tear down times are not included in your total rental time.
