Event Rentals: Gaming Room Blackout Tent

The mobile gaming tent allows you to place entertainment options that traditionally only function well indoors, into an outdoor setting. The inflatable black tent is effective at blocking outdoor light influence in order to place equipment, typically rental TVs, inside. Our most typical setup for the gaming tent is to place four TV gaming stations equipped with Xboxes or Wiis on the inside. This type of a setup supports up to 16 simultaneous players.

This setup is also useful if you are looking to have the mobile gaming trailer at your event, but are unable to physically drive to the required location. The compact size of the inflatable tent when in a packed state allows it to fit through much tighter spaces and traditional access routes.

When being used as a gaming tent, a single attendant is typically required to manage the check in and out of games, and helping participants with controllers or gaming questions. For generic usage, an event staff member is not necessarily required. When this inflatable tent is delivered, our event setup crew will secure it to it’s designated location using the appropriate combination of stakes and sandbags.
