Just because the day isn’t designated as a “team building day” doesn’t mean you can’t build camaraderie. The “breakroom book” is a journal placed in a common area and updated each day with a new question for employees to answer on their own time. Colleagues get to see their coworkers’ responses and learn something they didn’t know.

Think you knew everything there was to know about your colleagues? This game will test it. Each participant writes down two little-known facts about themselves, along with one made-up tidbit. Colleagues must guess which is real and which is fake.

What do these things have in common? That’s the question at hand in “Find the Pattern.” As the organizer, gather a slew of items from around the office and sort them in an unusual, non-obvious way. Perhaps its lining them up in order of company headquarters West to East. Two teams compete to solve the riddle first and win the game.
