Megan and Jeremy created Viking Soul Food when purchasing a 57-year-old Streamline Duchess aluminum silver trailer, In 2010, naming the trailer Gudrun ( “she who knows the secrets of battle”). They specialize in lefse and Scandinavian inspired dishes and can be found in the Sunnyside neighborhood of Portland.
